We are approximately 10 minutes walk from Oakham town centre, and three miles from Rutland Water, with views over open countryside and Rutland water.
Rutland's second town Uppingham is only 15 minutes South East of here.

We have three bedrooms available, a kingsized en-suite, twin ensuite, and a double en-suite.

Wireless access is available for computers, all rooms have TV, Tea and Coffee making facilities and a Hairdryer (ironing board available on request).

We have ample off road parking and dry and secure storage for bicycles and fishing tackle etc.
